Holiday Inn Express & Suites Houston East - Baytown, an IHG Hotel

On entering, the lobby gave a nice welcoming feeling. Nicole was great and provided a quick check-in. Very nice room, good size; and a nice bathroom. Nicole mentioned that there was an issue with the entrance to the pool, so she walked out with me to make sure I could get through the gate.

The staff was excellent especially Shelby she was very helpful. Also the front desk Daysia was excellent I hope I spelled her name correctly. The breakfast was good and the weekday employee managing the breakfast bar was very friendly and helpful.

We will definitely stay there again if we ever go back that way. Really safe location. The staff was amazing you can tell they love their job

We loved the staff and how helpful they were in fulfilling our needs. Great breakfast with lots of verity and great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay.

The breakfast was okay. Staff friendly and attentive
